Levitan, Sharon & Co., in collaboration with the international law firm Clyde & Co., held a professional seminar at Clyde & Co.’s London offices, focusing on recent developments and trends in the Israeli financial lines insurance market.
The seminar was attended by a broad range of representatives from the London insurance market, including insurers, reinsurers, brokers and other professionals active in the financial lines sector.
Moshe Abady, Addy Margalit, Yael Navon and Keren Marco of Levitan, Sharon & Co. spoke at the seminar, addressing, among other topics, D&O insurance, the exposures faced by directors and officers of Israeli companies and recent developments in this area, including derivative actions, class actions and claims brought by court appointed officers. The seminar also addressed broader legal and insurance issues arising in the Israeli market, both generally and in the financial lines sector in particular.
