Our Cyber and Tech team is headed by Adv. Yael Navon and Adv. Addy Margalit.
Over the years, the team has gained vast knowledge and experience in handling Cyber incidents (including as “first response”), analyzing coverage, advising re policy wording, negotiating pre-claim demands and litigating court claims.
Yael is a Partner in the firm. Her activities within the firm involve various fields including Professional Indemnity, Product Liability, D&O liability claims and reinsurance disputes, Warranty and Indemnity Insurance and Cyber Liability Insurance.

View Profile >Our partners attend and lecture in international conferences, as well as to local and foreign insurers and brokers. Our senior partner, Adv. Peggy Sharon, was elected as the President of the International Association for Insurance Law, AIDA, in which 45 countries are members.
Our annual conferences for the Israeli insurance market are well attended by representatives of all Insurers and major brokers, adjusters and consultants (over 300 guests in each annual gathering).
