We are happy to share that Adv. Tammy Greenberg, Senior Partner at our firm, spoke on 28th July 2026 at the marking 20 years since the enactment of Israel’s Class Actions Law.
The conference, organized by the Central District of the Israel Bar Association brought together judges, attorneys, representatives of the Ministry of Justice, and current and former Members of Knesset for an in-depth discussion on the key developments in the field of class actions over the past two decades, as well as forecasts regarding expected trends.
Tammy delivered a lecture on class actions against insurance companies and reviewed, among other topics, leading and significant court rulings in this area.
