Practice Areas:		Rachel Levitan, LL.M. is the founder and a senior partner of the firm, which was established at 1981. Adv. Levitan specializes in complex insurance and reinsurance matters. The law firm handles a wide variety of issues relating to the insurance market including regulatory, financial lines such as D&O, BBB, Jewellers Block and others. Special expertise has been developed in the field of liability insurance involving a wide range of aspects from public to professional liability of architects, accountants, lawyers, stock brokers, underwriting agents, etc. Prior to setting up the law firm Mrs. Levitan acted as the chief legal adviser of Migdal Insurance Co. Ltd., the largest insurance company in Israel.
	Education:		A graduate of the Tel Aviv University (1977), LL.M. degree (Suma Cum Laude) in 1998.
	Publications and Lectures:		Rachel Levitan has written many articles on various topics of insurance law, which have appeared in various international publications, and has published a book in `Israel on Insurance Law. Rachel Levitan lectures in various professional seminars within the business community and the insurance markets, and is also the academic coordinator of a course in Insurance Law which is conducted by the Israel Bar Association.
	Membership:		Rachel is a member of the International Bar Association and the Israel Bar Association, and serves on the Board of the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center.
