A graduate (Summa Cum Laude) of the Tel Aviv University (1974) in which Peggy was assistant lecturer on Contract Law and Jurisprudence for six years.

Peggy entered private practice with a firm in Tel Aviv handling insurance claims and in 1985 joined R. Levitan & Co. as a partner.
