On 24th June 2010, Levitan, Sharon & Co. held their Annual Seminar at the Green House in Tel Aviv University for the Israeli Insurance Market which was attended by more than 250 of the managers and leading attorneys of the claims departments of all leading insurance companies and insurance agencies.
A variety of lectures were presented on various issues which are of importance in all areas of insurance including:

* Adv. Rachel Levitan spoke about the establishment of an institute for settling disputes which involve double insurance
* Adv. Addy Margalit - lectured on the Contractual Liability Exclusion in Professional Liability and D&O policies
* Adv. Tammy Greenberg - gave a lecture on The Duty of Disclosure and Causal Connection in insurance occurrences
* Adv. Yael Navon - lectured on Product Liability policies - what is physical damage to tangible property?
* Adv. Dror Zamir - "Dust Damages as a Result of Contractors' Work"
* Adv. Sharon Shefer - lectured on physical damages which are covered under liability policies - do they include adverse harm caused to autonomy and anxiety?
* Adv. Moshe Abady - Amendment to Clause 28 of the Insurance Contract Law - Derivatives and Implications
