In the past fourteen years Dror has specialized in insurance disputes. His work involves litigation in various fields: B.B.B. claims, Property, Agriculture, Bodily Injury, Product Liability; Professional Indemnity of Insurance Brokers and Agents, Architects, Accountants, Engineers, Investment Brokers, Contractors, Lawyers, Manufacturers and others.
In addition Dror is in charge of the real estate department of the firm which deals with complicated real estate transactions and real estate registration proceedings in various entities.
Dror has been appointed as a Disciplinary Court Judge of the Israel Bar Association and the Vice-President of The Ethical Tribunal of the District of Tel Aviv

From 1996 to 2000 Dror served as an assistant to a law professor at the Bar Ilan University, the Israel Branch of Manchester University, and at the Hod Hasharon Law School. He also taught Constitution and International Private Law.
