- On 23rd February, Adv. Peggy Sharon lectured on the D&O's Liability and Defence in Environmental Claims at The Oil and Energy Institute, Tel Aviv
March 2009:
- On 25th March, Adv. Peggy Sharon lectured on "Exposure of Banks to Environmental Liability - Trends in Europe and U.S.A."
- On 24th March, Adv. Moshe Abady lectured in the C5 D&O Liability Insurance Seminar in London, on "D&O Liability in Israel - Strategies for identifying and exploiting new opportunities".
May 2009:
- In May Adv. Tammy Greenberg lectured on the subject of "Time-Bar in Insurance at Marsh Insurance Agency Ltd.
June 2009:
- On 1st June, Adv. Peggy Sharon attended the IBA Conference which was held in Eilat and gave a lecture on "Class Actions - From Food Labels to Food for Thought".
- On 4th June, Adv. Peggy Sharon participated in a conference hosted by Levitan Sharon & Co. and discussed "The Decision in Sky Club - Criticism"
- On 23rd June, in the context of a panel held at AIDA, Israel, Adv. Peggy Sharon participated in a discussion on "Consequential Loss Liability for Improper declination of Coverage".
December 2009:
- On 7th December, Adv. Peggy Sharon gave a lecture to the Israel Bar Association on the distinction between subrogation and contribution.
