December 2006

• On 26th December 2006, Adv. Peggy Sharon lectured at the AIDA Conference in Israel on class actions and changes arising from the New Class Actions Law, focusing on Insurance.  
• On 13^th December 2006, Adv. Irit Shapira Weber lectured on the freedom of the employee to invest his/her social savings according to the new Control of the Financial Services (Provident Funds) Law - 2005. This lecture was given at the Association of Insurance Agents Conference about the pension insurance broker as finance marketer.
• On 10^th December, 2006 Adv. Dror Zamir lectured on Professional Liability as part of a Certification Advanced Course in "Drafting Contracts" given at the Bar Association headquarters.
• On 6th December 2006 the firm conducted a seminar hosting the leading loss adjusters of the Israeli insurance market.

November 2006

• On 22^nd November 2006 Adv. Moshe Abady lectured at the annual convention of Real Estate Appraisers which took place in Eilat on the subject of Professional Liability of the Real Estate Appraiser. The lecture was attended by approximately 300 appraisers.
• On 16th November 2006 Adv. Addy Margalit lectured to a group of 50 Senior Partners of Tel Aviv law firms on Lawyers Professional Liability.
• On 8th - 10th November 2006 Adv. Tammy Greenberg participated in the 19th Annual Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) International Conference which took place in Chicago, Illinois, United States.

August 2006

• On 7th August 2006 Adv. Tammy Greenberg lectured before the staff of the claims department of Menora Insurance Co. Ltd on the Insured and Insurer Duty to Disclose.

  July 2006

• On 30th July 2006 Adv. Addy Margalit lectured on Lawyers Professional Liability in the framework of a course for lawyers regarding the sale and purchase of apartments, which was attended by approximately 200 attorneys. 

June 2006

• On 25th June 2006 Adv. Moshe Abady gave a lecture to the participants of the International Association of Insurance Law (AIDA) convention on the subject of personal liability of Directors and Officers in a company.
• On 15th June 2006 Adv. Tammy Greenberg participated in a conference on vineyard damage assessment, hosted by Karmei Yossef Wineries.
• On 8th June 2006 Adv. Rachel Levitan lectured on D&O and Tort Law during the recent gathering of members of the Israeli Bar Association in Eilat, which was attended by approximately 300 attorneys.
• Adv. Sharon Shefer gave several lectures to insurance companies in the UK market covering a survey made of the Israeli legislative procedure, emphasizing relevant Israeli regulations in the area of insurance liability.

May 2006

• Adv. Peggy Sharon participated in the AIA Conference which took place in Dallas.
• Adv. Peggy Sharon attended a seminar in Miami, Florida on the subject of 'Doing business in the International Marketplace.

April 2006

• On 24th April 2006 the firm held a D&O seminar hosting members of the Israeli insurance market who deal with D&O Liability Insurance. More than 140 participants attended the conference.
• Adv. Tammy Greenberglectured before the staff of the claims department of Ayalon Insurance Co. Ltd on the subject of 'New Developments in Precedents and Breach of Duty by Insured and Insurer to Disclose'

March  2006:

• Adv. Peggy Sharon gave a lecture to lawyers in a seminar organized by the Israeli Bar Association in Haifa, on the subject of 'Double Insurance'.

• Adv. Irit Shapira Weberparticipated in a convention conducted by the Israel Insurance Agents Association in Eilat at which she lectured on Professional Liability of Insurance Agents in view of recent legislation.

February 2006:
