Our credit insurance team represents the Israeli credit insurers as well as various major credit reinsurers in the world. Such representation includes handling claims (including in the Court and arbitrations); interpretation of credit insurance policies and credit reinsurance treaties (including drafting); legal advice regarding special issues arising from this type of insurance, such as the impact of "commercial dispute" exclusion which concerns a lot of Insureds and Insurers.
